And for her next trick-cum-system, Kia explains how she is able to spend a mere $10 a year on gum: by chewing a single piece over several days, and, when she isn't chewing it, storing it in the freezer "because it helps preserve the flavor." That seems like something she learned as a child from another child and just held onto. Toddlers over tastebuds.
