There have been a number of posts among Gawker's various blogsites where the author and/or commenters have stated vigorously that men may not make intimate comments to a woman just because she is dressed attractively (or perhaps even provocatively) either to please herself or in a professional role (as a car show model, electronics show booth babe, Hooters waitress, etc.).

Does the same hold true regarding avatars? Namely, is it wrong for a commenter (whether here or at any other blog) to leave an intimate message based on another commenter's attractive / sexy / provocative cyberlooks? Not that I've ever done that. No, not me. Never. Nuh-uh.

This would make an interesting topic, but please post it at Gawker, while leaving an invitational link at Jezebel. (This topic certainly deserves, nay, demands the Jezzies' attention, but, well, um, *shuffles feet*, I've been banned over there and so wouldn't be able to join the fray--I mean, discussion.)
