The "Resy" is perhaps the most scientifically important indicator of a restaurant's current stature. The Resy number, for those not in the know, is the quoted time of day at which a party of two will be seated, obtained by a same-day telephone request. Some current Resy measurements to gauge the new hotness:
Babbo: 10:15.
Kitchen 22: 45 minute wait at 8.
Nobu Next Door: 90 minute wait at 7 (points for not just saying 8:30).
WD-50: 10.
