Two days into my trip to China and the jet lag still is still making me slow and stupid. And anyone who tells you Melatonin is the miracle cure for jet lag has never used it. It makes me constantly groggy...and hungry.
Here are some of Dr. Travel's tips that I think do help:
1. Exercise as soon as you can after arriving
2. Spend at least five hours a day outdoors
3. Take vitamin B12 and potassium supplements
5. Drink at least one glass of orange juice or water per hour on a flight
