On a scale of 1 to Taylor Chapman, this gentleman barking at Wendy's employees through the drive-thru window because they accidentally put cheese on his hamburger is a solid Scott Biumi.
In all seriousness, I think it's high time service industry workers start receiving hazard pay.
The US Department of Labor defines work that warrants hazard pay as "duty that causes extreme physical discomfort and distress which is not adequately alleviated by protective devices."
That flimsy drive-thru window is clearly not adequately alleviating the physical discomfort and distress caused by customers who flip out over a cheeseburger.
Fast food for thought.
