Granted, it's only Monday, but there is no way this week is producing a worse human than this Dunkin' Donuts customer who filmed herself demanding free food because she didn't get a receipt.

Dunkin' customers who don't get a receipt with their order are entitled to a refund on their purchase.

What they are not entitled to, however, is to act like dicks about it.


The arrogance and contempt she displays towards an employee who wasn't even responsible for the receipt fiasco is further punctuated by the employee's extreme professionalism and superhuman patience.

Forget about tracking her down — find this man and give him a serious raise.


No one should have to endure this kind of crap from a woman who announces "I have a business degree" in order to get a free small Strawberry Coolatta.
