My point is that there is nothing repressed about certain segments of the Republican party (cough, Ken Mehlman, cough). Take Howard Finklestein: he's in charge of the Stop Hillary campaign that will no doubt use fear of gays as a wedge issue to portray HRC as satan. He got married in Canada the summer before last. There's Karl Rove. Hell, I've even heard that George W. Bush is a cock smoker from way back.

My point is that they never think of themselves as persecuting their own kind, what they do is persecute gays who aren't Republicans. The GOP is as outwardly gay as any organization I've ever seen. I seriously think Ann Coulter, 46, was having a little cut-up with the girls, that's all.
