The Philippines is composed of 7000+ islands with 3 major regions. Each region have different cultures and different dialects and customs. You cannot compare Cebuanos (Filipinos from Cebu) from the Tagalogs or (Filipinos from Manila) the Visayans are much fairer, cultured, have higher standards of living and higher standards of thinking than the Luzon region. Imelda Marcos is from the Visayas region-in comparison to Former President Estrada thats from the Luzon area.

These bitches are headed for Broadway I know it. These are 1,500 prisoners from the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Cebu, Philippines practicing Michael Jackson's "Thriller." That's just their warm-up. They also do "Sister Act!" These practices are probably a smart thing.
