The funny thing is that Scientology's "space opera" of beliefs state that the whole volcano thing is when a pan-universal emperor enacted population control by capturing aliens, freezing them, transporting them to Earth in spaceships that look exactly like passenger jets, dropping them into earth's volcanoes, and blowing them up with hydrogen bombs. And THEN their ghosts were captured, brainwashed in a lengthy 3-D movie screening, and then released to wander aimlessly and painfully through the earth, where they sought acceptable hosts to occupy. These were humans and brainwashed alien ghosts are why we get sad around the holidays.

Interesting that Scychotologists eschew psychiatry; back in 1994 (granted, long ago)I was a tourist wandering around Hollywood blvd area, about to become a grad student studying psychology. These charlatans were on a street corner luring people into their lair under the guise of "psychology and personality tests". Once they got you in there they gave you a standardized test (fill in the ovals with a #2 and all) and then tried to hawk their wares ("Dianetics" and other various and sundry cult lit) I would have been better off hanging out with the crack whores on the next block- at least they were honest and non-alien.

I've watched murders in jail who have it more together than Tom Cruise, simply because they had regrets and empathy for what they've done, and would do anything to give back to society for the rest of their natural born lives, or undo their crimes. These inmates changed their view of life from selfishness to selflessness. They give back by helping others. Oh, and they aren't scientologists.

Tom Cruise believes in his own celebrity. He represents what's wrong with today's society. If all the Tom Cruise clones with the same attitudes would get rid of their egos and start being empathetic by giving help to others all in the name of love instead of religion, the world would be a much more peaceful place.

Tom is a pig at the trough; just another hollyweird character with money who believes his own celebrity. He would do well to get some major therapy!

I normally don't write this much about these loser celebrities, but I'm just so tired of people in society thinking that to be famous and rich is what to accomplish before one dies. It isn't. Life is about giving and helping others. Period!

I think the really interesting thing about Cruise is that he's a very charismatic man, and totally mesmerising to watch. He knows the power of a pregnant pause, and a staccato delivery.

Unfortunately, though, he has started to believe his own hype.

They literally forbade everyone from leaving until the people (who, I reiterate, were not celebrities but rather normal people from around New Haven) hit the pre-set goal, an unsettling amount of money. My sister said the event did not end until after 1 A.M., and there were lots of school-age children there.

She also said they also talked about Hubbard in the present tense, as if he were still alive. (In college I came across a brochure where Hubbard was quoted as commenting on contemporaneous subjects although he had died 10 years earlier.) She also said that there was a big bust of Hubbard's head prominently displayed and every speaker kept looking at it and talking to it.

So, what I'm saying is this: if you haven't watched that video, don't. At least my sister got paid for her suffering.
