My mom actually knows the victim's sister. It's really disgusting how sensationally this story is being reported, as though it's a scene from a slasher movie or something. The papers forget that this person had a family that will read these awful descriptions, and the gruesome rendering of the death of their loved one will probably be burned into their brains forever. I get that that's kind of the point of this entry, just wanted to add my two cents.
