Interesting... New York Court Rules state that a client has the right to arbitration in the event that a dispute regarding fees should arise. So I'm guessing that Dreier only brought Fields into it so they could actually keep it in court...
Which means they're either gonna drop the suit quickly if Regan doesn't settle right away, or this has the possibility of becoming a protracted (and juicy!) battle!
