All the same I went on it last year as a "what if". Historically, NYC has a problem with landmarks that sit on very valuable land catching fire. It happened to fun houses, It has happened to normal buildings, and it can certainly happen to the wooden cyclone. I for one hope they get going on restoring it with the re-development in coney. The latest plans call fo a complete rebuild of the amusement park and transferring ownership in a land swap with NYC. The plans were nothing short of spectacular.

You'll see me on the cyclone again this year!
