Their dialect is not altogether clear to me, but I detect some frustration in their tone. They will not long resist the cleansing effect of this relentless digging, or the rhythmic, sensual clanging of our picks and hoes as we draw strength from singing the Internationale. Some of the local volunteers have already apparently overcome their rural ruling class counter-revolutionary habits, and have translated party songs into their language! The songs clearly bring them joy, as they laugh kind-heartedly when they sing verses in their odd, ululating dialect.

The sun is setting, and soon I will be without light. I take leave of you to attend a Support Committee Meeting for the Reeducation of Rural Landowners, which our comrade from the Party charmingly calls "Hoes Before Bros".

Some nights, when the wind blows in the steppe, and my tent mates' snoring grows fainter, I can almost hear you singing Kalinka. I embrace you, my dear sister in struggle, with all the passion I have for agrarian reforms.

I have also initiated daily Tai Chi sessions with my guards. These are pleasant but cannot replace the invigoration of the evening calisthenic routine that I developed with you, my sister in struggle.

Comrade BinkysDream has been able to secure housing for her despite the fact that all barracks are filled due to a recent spate of counter revolutionary activities as reported by comrades Nard38, they_live and @PandoraSpocks. He does not specify where she has found such opportune accommodations. The activities of the horseradish harvest have prevented me from discovering any further details on this turn of events.

However I have received a draft summary from the Irrigation Project Manager regarding the new re-education arrivals. I can report that those exposed to "McDreamy and McSteamy" have been able to rechannel their unseemly fervor into revolutionary zeal better than the cadre exposed to McSweeney's; these sad comrades appear listless and indulge in extended spells of unproductive time spent gazing at their navels. When confronted with these charges they claim to be acting under the guise of "irony."

More alarmingly, they have infected others in the project. Secret readings of smuggled materials have affected those who have been exposed by destroying their energy for productive activity and, for some, the will to live. Even the McDreamy/Steamy cadre is losing their passionate vigor. The party fears the long-term workforce ramifications in declining reproductive rates.

He is the one we lost in October. My family is small and I am not close to most of them and a lot of them have already passed on long ago. It's been my in-laws. Two of my father in law's brothers within a month. My father in law was devastated. The one uncle had the same name as my husband so we literally saw my husband's name buried. It was lke a nightmare. My poor husband almost could not deal with it. He was super close to his uncle and buried his namesake. He cried. It ripped my heart out. That was the week of 2 funerals.
