By the look of Alex's teeth, I think that Alex may be closer to being the meth addict. However, I definitely think that Ramona should seek a good psychiatrist. I know a good one at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital on 169th Street. The woman is bipolar for sure! I also think that Ramona has had some surgery on her lower eyes. Something looks funny with her eyes. I LOVE that Ramona's kid Avery has way more class than her mother!

With Alex and Simon, I am still blown away with the fact that they have kids crawling around on a ripped up wood floor in that crappy, crappy brownstone that they live in. That dress that Alex wore to the opening of the Opera season was probably a Cavalli and probably priced between $2K and $3.5K. Then Alex and Simon have no curtains, flooring and absolutely no landscaping in their backyard. Then they force Francois to dress up daily like Little Lord Fontleroy (sp?). The kids at school are probably going to start calling him FrancoisE.

Has ANYBODY noticed that Bethany was on that Martha Stewart-The Apprentice Show? I swear I think I saw her on that show. If I remember correctly, Bethany made it to like the final 3 people before Martha kicked her off. Am I wrong here? What I do remember of Bethany from the MS-The Apprentice show was that she was really, really a b--ch. Bethany did come across a bit nicer on the RHofNY. Here's a question, though. I could never really figure out why Bethany was even on the RHofNY. She has never been married and currently does not live with her boyfriend. Bethany is not a housewife!

Does anybody have any idea how these women were chosen for this show?

To RICHARDMARXHATESMYHAIR: Alex took Francois to have his preschool testing by a child psychologist, typically employed by the school system. I was not appalled so much by the fact that Alex let Francois be taped during his evaluation, I was more appalled with the fact that Alex and Simon pretty much just solely focus on their social climbing and trying to teach Francois to speak French. The problem is that to a 3 year old, speaking something in French literally means NOTHING to him. So many parents, including Alex and Simon think that intelligence in their children is derived by the amount of information they know and whether they can speak a foreign language, which is very clearly important to Alex and Simon. Where I would have been MORTIFIED during the taping of Francois's preschool eval is that (and did anyone notice this?) Francois was completely unable to put the square peg in the square hole and the circle peg in the circle hole!! Alex and Simon should be a LOT more concerned with Francois's inability to do that task than whether or not he can say lemonade in French. Intelligence is not having knowledge of facts or even knowledge of another language. Intelligence is about problem solving. Instead of trying desperately to teach Francois French, S-Alex should work on his problem solving. There is more importance for a child to be asked, "What is lemonade? What is in lemonade? How do they make lemonade?" than just asking the kid to say lemonade in French. Idiots.

I hate that I love these shows! It's so fun ripping into people who think that they are it! I swear, I would watch the Real Housewives of Des Moines, if there was such a show!

Francois, unlike his parents who have NO apparent stylist except themselves, seems to be styled by that freaky child of Celine Dion. Between the long, stringy blonde straw (sadly, he has Maman's genes) and that death-pallor, this hideously-behaved child looks like he's been living in a well....but he's probably also been reading Croatian nursery rhymes by flashlight while he's been down there.

Again. lucky for Bravo these women are so self obsessed they feel that everything they do should be televised, because they are better than you. I watched this program and I think I said "Oh, Christ what's wrong with you people!" about 10 or so times. The first when Bethenney was talking about her Moby-in-suit boyfriend.."he's opposite of my loveless father! He loves me! He supports me! We are in this together!" Uhm, lady, no you're not. He shows up for dessert at one dinner, he is late for the final dinner, he got you earRINGs from Lia Sophia, which the jewelry equivalent of a Juicy sweat suit, and oh, you aren't living together and he doesn't want to talk about having kids with you. You're dad sounds like a bastard, and this guy, while probably not a bastard, is not that into you.

Alex and her molester-looking hubby, well, they really went out of their way to shine. They let their kid be filmed while being interviewed by a shrink to prove to THEMSELVES Fronk is brilliant. The kid is a total dick and doctor pretty much hung him out to dry. Why would any parent let their child be filmed being tested???? and the way those kids behaved at dinner, well, that was pretty freaking appalling.

Ramona and Jill should be locked in the back of a chintz-filled hummer parked outside a rest-stop on the LIE. First one to complete a sentence without the words "me," "I have" or "look at my" wins.

The Countess, well, at least she volunteers. & I kinda like that she is pretty much judging the other broads to their faces.

No offense (after all, you said you weren't watching it that closely), but I was a tad underwhelmed with your wrap-up, as well as with the actual finale. I was expecting verbal fireworks like your previous posts, but you seem...spent. I mean, pulling out Oscar Wilde as a save? That's so...Simon, don't you think?

That being said, what's wrong with that kid of theirs? I mean physically? Did you ever see a more unhealthy looking kid, with the scraggly, limp dishrag hair, the bloodless skin tone, and the feckin' red bags under his eyes? He gave me the absolute creeps (I liked the screaming, though -- it was the only appropriate response).

Wow - people seem underwhelmed by the last show. Thought it was great especially when Alex and Simon's "brilliant" Francois went into random scream mode at 21 that crystalized my nervous system in seconds and then followed up with his Children of the Corn/Chuckie bit by stabbing Jason's famous 21 hamburger to little bits all while Simon looked calmly on. I guess you just have to make allowances for child prodigies.

Anyway, I was thinking watching this show that I actually like most of these women, despite their wealth, unlike all the usual California types on the Bravo narcissism shows, who all deserve the slow deaths by rude children, botox poisoning, and exploding inflating egos that they are already suffering.
