Woah, I was friends with this kid when I went to Concord High (though I have not bought drugs from him before). He's a nice guy and not a shady stoner. Plus I'm sure it was legit a quarter. He wouldn't skim off the top (much to his dismay this time, I'm sure)! Poor guy.

Not really defendable in regards to the school suspension, but if he is actually charged with anything related to inten to distribute, I would make my defence that the principal was part of it, and unless she is a registered informant is equally culpable.

Either that or I'd just TP the hell out of her house.
