Viacom has taken something like a half-million square feet of space @ 345 Hudson, across King Street from marginally hip (well, for advertising anyway) Saatchi &amp; Saatchi's NYC Death Star and across Hudson from EURO RSCG, a tentacle of the mighty Havas empire.  Of course, all that media hipsterdom is balanced neatly by the passport office, which is surrounded daily by unhip types of all varieties,  and the Jacques Torres store, which is peopled largely by fats and tourists.</p> <p>ChokeyDokey</p>]]></description>
