They want to either yell and scream how biased a report is that defies their beliefs/politics or they want to hug themselves and grin smugly when it agrees with them.
And on that note, you can NOT please the masses. No matter how factual a story you report is, someone will get their panties in a wad when they are faced with a hard truth and then claim bias.
