However, my gut tells me that true redemption usually involves not giving interviews on Dateline, parading on the red carpet, talking out of both sides of your big mouth, and so on. Johnny Depp, for example, was a bad boy who seems to have been reformed. By all accounts, he has grown up. I see Angelina exhibiting the same desperation, the need for adoration and attention she gets whether she is using up her Collect-a-Child Club Card, or carrying a vial of blood around her neck.
